Realtors have been having a tough time in this down market. Yet, one local agent has been enjoying every minute of having her business go UP. How? By holding true to her niche market.
Come and hear what she has to say, from experience, about growing and loving your work through niche marketing:
You'll receive an exercise to help you discover your potential niche and thereby create a unique path for the right clients to easily find your business.
Presenter: Lisa Dunn, Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), Edina Realty
Lisa works with Seniors and their families and assists them in all
aspects of moving or relocating. When you've lived in a home for many
years, moving can be really overwhelming, especially if that move is to
a senior community or health care facility! Lisa's specialty is
simplifying family transitions, helping families with everything from
the physical move to selling the home.
Lisa has combined her
seven years of experience working with seniors and eight years in
mental health as a licensed clinical social worker, with her real
estate and project management expertise. Using a caring and practical
approach, she works to insure seniors and their families get the best
advice, thus empowering them to make the best decisions. Lisa has
received designations from both the Minneapolis Area Association of
Realtors and the Society of Certified Senior Advisors that recognize
her expertise in working with seniors. In fact, as of the writing of
this document, Lisa is the only licensed real estate agent in Minnesota
to hold the Certified Senior Advisor designation.
